friday..got to go shopping for the "boss". kinda fun when you have orders to spend 2000 dollars on office supplies. i like shopping with someone else's money. noah and i headed out early and hit all the area office max. we had fun. he enjoyed seeing how much we could get for the amount we had.
saturday...everyone was sleeping in but i couldn't sleep any longer. 8 o'clock is early for a saturday so i decided to go to some yard sales. i only took 25 dollars so that i would spend no more than that. my first stop i found an adorable bassinet. it was priced at 35 so i walked away. right before i left i asked what is the lowest you will take. so i walked away with a 20 dollar bassinet. i absolutely love it. here it is.
so now i was torn do i go to another with just 5 dollars left. i decided to since i was the only one awake and nothing else to do. i head to a street with 5 yard sales together. first three...nothing. about to leave i saw a baby gate that i could possibly use so i went over there. as i was walking up i saw a baby bed. i walked over and asked the price and he said it is a DOLLAR. the trick is no screws. so i purchased it. then went to lowes and bought 7 dollars worth of screws and here ya go. my 8 dollar baby bed.
i also purchased garrett this for 50 cents.
and this for 50 cents.
so my yard sale experience was rather great this time. i was so excited and honestly shocked at my deals. :)noah having some fun with garretts costumes. i think this is one of the funniest pictures i have taken so i am sharing with you.

after church sunday we head to cave spring, ga to meet up with my parents and eric parents for lunch at the cave spring diner. garrett was super excited about the gift he picked out for his daddy. he said daddy needs a new cup cause he drinks all the time.
then it was time for some fun in the creek. it was very nice under the big trees with a nice breeze blowing most of the day.
monday...kids wanted to do something fun with eric since he was off. so we take them to mcwane center. this is one of my favorites from the trip. my 3 boys. 
after a long day there we head home but try to get a family pic first. not easy.

what a fun weekend! i have been missing the boys so much lately. they grow up so fast! and garrett is hysterical and adorable in those costumes! good finds too! i need to start hitting up the yard sales!

I am so PROUD...you go yard sale girl. You need to be the next super hero! Sounds like ya'll had a great weekend and Eric had a great birthday. Wait 'til Bobby and I tell you what we saw on our yard sale hunt...this is a family friendly blog, so it'll have to wait. :)
